The pool table we purchased from my wife's cousin in Kansas City back on July 3, 2014 and delivered August 21, 2014 has finally been assembled.
GaRy and I painstakingly assembled the table without the use of how-to instructions. A lot of the assembling was trial with some error and just getting dang lucky.
The first game was three-way 9-ball between my wife, GaRy, and me. GaRy won.
My wife and I play 8-ball and I won. She can beat me in ping pong, so here is my chance to get even.
The table is a Brunswick with black cloth and leather pockets. It came with two sets of balls (regular and marble print), four cue sticks, one bridge, 8-ball and 9-ball rack.
I made a cue stick rack using some of the ponderosa pine remnants.
The evenings will be getting better for the both of us, as well as our guests who come to visit.
