Lose 10 pounds. Where have I heard that before? Even if I don't and maintain my current weight, then all is not "lost."
Do 75,000 pushups, 75,000 crunches, 2,000 pullups, 2,000 vertical knee raises, and 2,000 bardips. Realistic goals. Can do.
Hike, walk, and/or run 365 miles. This is a definite can-do.
Visit places we never have been to before. Here we come Maryland!
