The Three Aminos

Daily regimen as prescribed by the naturopathic doctor:

Five drops of the B-12, one tablespoon of the oils, and one tablespoon of the Bragg apple cider vinegar.


Not a resolution but we need to finish the house renovations D-O-N-E!
