Meteorologists are calling for a very wet January 2017.
Last year, the foothill area received 11.09 inches of rain for 2016. For the month of January 2017, we have received 20.68 inches. We had this type of weather phenomenon last year about this time.
The water is flowing in both seasonal creeks on both sides of our home.
It snowed two inches on Saturday, January 21, 2017, and it snowed five inches on Monday, January 23, 2017. The Monday snow caused the major roads to be closed and caused power outages. I was unable to drive to work.

Will next month be Februrainy? Last year we had 1.40 inches, in 2015 we had 3.11, and in 2014 we had 5.20. We have another system moving in on Thursday.
