View from our seats.

Overlooking McCovey Cove.

Right field.

Looking back at our section. The rhombus lower section. Our seats were just under the upper level.

My wife and I attend our first Major League Baseball National League game between the Atlanta Braves and San Francisco Giants at AT&T park. Section 104, Row 30, Seats 7 & 8. Along the first base side.

Great seats although they cost $88.00!

A piece!!

We ride the BART from El Cerrito Plaza to Montgomery Street in Frisco and walk from there to the stadium.

We accidently wind up at the will call window. We ask for the $25.00 Standing Room Only tickets. Sold out.

The lady said she would check to see if any tickets are available. Sure enough. Thank you very much.

We enter the stadium. Time to eat. We order a Giant Dog and a Super Dog (the SD costs more but only larger in diameter) and nachos. That was brunch.

I smell garlic fries. There is a kid behind us. I ask the kid where she got the fries. Her mother said there were two concessions selling them.

We leave our seats after to the bottom of the 5th to look around the park. Before heading about, we decide to use the "facilities." While waiting in line, the garlic fries concession, Gilroy Garlic Fries, is like right there! I order some fries and two dark ales and we stand IN LINE while eating and drinking waiting for our turn.

Giants lost 5-2.

Afterwards, it was back on the BART via Powell. Believe or not, there was a Whole Foods Market and we just HAD to stop to go inside. What I wouldn't do for my wife!

Afterwards from Powell Street station to the plaza.

From there we enjoyed an evening meal at T-Rex BBQ on Gilman Street and 10th Street in Berkeley. We like that place. Great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Know why?

Across the street next to Chipotle along San Pablo Avenue is REI! That's why!

As usual...we had fun.

"DIPSEA" DOODLE

671 steps. Our calves hurt from the descent down those steps. Better yet, my wife got to break in her new REI pack. "Works like a charm," she says.
